ABOUT BRAD:

Brad Russell is originally from a great fight town- Detroit, MI (home of boxing greats Joe Louis, Thomas Hearns, Hilmer Kenty and the world famous Kronk Gym) since relocating to another great place for boxing and kickboxing (California) in the mid 90's, Brad has been involved in competitive boxing.

He has trained in gyms from Detroit to Miami to Oakland, CA and has sparred with such world champions as Luisito Espinosa, Tom "Boom Boom" Johnson and Nonito Donaire. In 2002 he fought in the finals of the Northern CA Golden Gloves and in 2005 he was the winner of the Metro Detroit Golden Gloves at 125 lbs.

Brad is a registered fighter with USA Boxing (the national governing body for amateur boxing)

Currently, Brad lives and trains in NYC and is also a professional musician, performing for such hit Broadway shows as JERSEY BOYS and GREASE.

His passion for music is only matched by his love for boxing and he's motivated to teach this great sport to anyone willing to learn!
